HYPE

The HYPE Program (Helping Youth Prevent Engaging in Risky Behaviors) focuses on African American and Hispanic/Latino youth ages 10-19 who live in Houston, Texas and attend schools in Harris County.

HYPE uses evidence-based curriculums, including BART- Becoming a Responsible Teen; Health SMARTS; Relationship SMARTS; and Money Habitudes. The program empowers youth with the skills needed for positive youth development, healthy relationships, financial literacy, and adult preparation.
